Kava is a beverage made from the roots of a tropical shrub that is cultivated throughout the Pacific Islands for its ability to promote positive wellbeing and a state of pleasant relaxation without affecting mental clarity.

Hawaii, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, Solomon Islands, and other minor Pacific Islands.
Kava is not intoxicating like alcohol or stimulating like coffee. It has a 3,000-year history of use as a safe and effective way to promote a state of mental wellbeing that is accompanied by marked physical relaxation. After consuming kava, one can expect to feel relaxed, at peace, and eager to socialise.
We recommend that people drink between 75 and 250 mg of kava to experience the positive health benefits. Kava has a reverse tolerance, meaning that the more frequently you consume it, the less that it takes to achieve the desired effects. It is recommended by the Lovoni villagers that you drink 1l water in the morning to flush your system out.
It may cause drowsiness and may therefore temporarily impair your ability to drive. We do not recommend anyone operate heavy machinery or drive a motor vehicle after drinking kava.
We always recommend the safe and responsible consumption of kava. If you have any medical condition or are taking ANY medication, we recommend consulting your physician before drinking kava.
